Motomarket.ee approached us with a well-known concern in the online landscape – the e-shop is so design- and functionally outdated and would need someone’s diligent hand to continue to offer a wide range of products to motorcycle people online.
The main problems were, for example, the lack of payment solutions, which was a headache for both customers and store owners, with each new order a manual invoice had to be prepared and sent to the customer. This is quite an unthinkable solution in today’s e-shop landscape, as in most e-shops you can pay quickly with a bank link or another payment method.
The second major concern was the complexity of managing the e-store and the lack of most self-evident e-store functionality, and thirdly, the very outdated appearance and user experience.
Since the 89 team also has many enthusiastic motorcycle people, we accepted the challenge with the greatest joy and the result was a beautiful and modern e-shop that is convenient to use and manage.
