Eestlastel on keskmiselt 40- tunnine aktiivne t\u00f6\u00f6n\u00e4dal. Meist veidi rohkem toimetavad vaid Korea, Mehhiko ja T\u0161iili. Pooled eestlased ei p\u00e4\u00e4se ka \u00fcletundidest, mis m\u00f5juvad meie vaimsele ja f\u00fc\u00fcsilisele heaolule l\u00f5puks laastavalt, sest t\u00e4isv\u00e4\u00e4rtuslik toitumine, piisav liikumine ning puhkamine on tervisliku elustiili olulised osad, mis vahel saavad kannatada.<\/p>\n<h1>\u00dclet\u00f6\u00f6tamine<\/h1>\n<p>Tihti paljud t\u00f6\u00f6tajad ei saa v\u00f5i ei pea vajalikuks aasta jooksul puhkust \u00fcldse v\u00f5tta. Nende alla kuuluvad paljud ettev\u00f5tjad, t\u00e4htajalise lepinguga t\u00f6\u00f6tajad v\u00f5i n\u00e4iteks ka talumajapidajad. Kahjuks kannatavad meie \u00fclet\u00f6\u00f6tamise p\u00e4rast ka meie l\u00e4hedased. Need, kes ei puhka, kannatavad sagedamini depressiooni all. Puhkuse planeerimine, korraldamine ning sellele m\u00f5tlemine muudab meid juba \u00f5nnelikumateks.
